Lonely moon bear searching for love in London

Did you happen to see Moonie, our moon bear mascot, looking for love in London recently?

With the help of our support group, Moonie made a video about his search. You can view it here. We think it helps to bring the plight of the moon bears to a different audience, and hope you can help by sharing his video with others.

Our New Year Animal History of London guided walk

Our Animal History of London guided walk on 2 January got our fundraising off to a metaphorical racing start for 2012! Over 20 people took part on a lovely sunny day – the only one of that week – so the gods were truly smiling on  us. We raised £319 from this walk.

Animals Asia will be running the next Animal History of London guided walks for World Animal Day around the beginning of October this year. Check back in July for more details.

Win a Christmas treat for all the family

Animals Asia UK have teamed up with the amazing Birmingham Stage Company who has generously donated four sets of four tickets (value £64 per set of tickets) for an evening performance of The Firework-makers’s Daughter at London’s Bloomsbury Theatre on Thursday 15 December 2011 at 7pm.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning one of these sets of tickets is to tweet or email us in 125 characters or less what you think would make a perfect Christmas present for a moon bear living at one of our sanctuaries.
