Octobear Festival 2017

We are very grateful to Alastair Choat, compassionate and animal loving landlord of Norman’s Coach and Horses, for offering to host our third Octobear Festival. Our previous events were huge successes and we’re very confident that this one will be too. The pub is vegan/vegetarian so there will be something there for everyone.

Octobear Festival 2015

For £30 you will get a yummy 3 course meal and a glass of wine. There will also be a raffle and one of our members, who took part in Animals Asia’s one week volunteer programme this May, will be sharing her experiences with us.

This will raise vital funds for Animals Asia’s work in China and Vietnam.

Tickets are limited and can be booked by completing our booking form below. We would love to see you there!

Our Stall at Dogs Trust Harefield

We had a stall at the Dogs Trust‘s Family Fun Day again last Sunday.  This is one of our favourite events as there are usually at least as many dogs as humans and they just all have such a great time.

It is always a very successful event for the Dogs Trust too and it’s just amazing to see all these people come out in support of the dogs.

We had a very successful stall and took just under £400.  Our teddy bear tombola and dog treat trials were very popular as usual.  Babs, who came all the way from Somerset to help on the day, brought her very popular hand made dog duvets as well, which sold like hotcakes.  Mike brought his exceptionally cute little canine assistant Haggis, who certainly helped get people to our stall.

Below are some photos for those of you who couldn’t be there with us

Murder Mystery

We’re really looking forward to our first Murder Mystery Night and hope that lots of you will be able to join us!

Marcus West is donating his very valuable and fabulous talent to help us raise those all important funds and give everyone a brilliant night into the bargain with Scarlet Pimple.

It’s only £7.00 per person.  You can pre-book by donating via our JustGiving page  or pay on the day, but please make sure you get there no later than 7.30pm as the event has to start on time and we cannot admit any late comers as it would spoil everyone’s experience.

Huge thanks to both Marcus for doing this free of charge for us and to The Winning Post for hosting the event!

All proceeds to go Animals Asia
